Our Pigs usually finish about 300lb live weight, which becomes 180lbs hanging weight.
Depending on how you have it cut, this can yield approximately 135lbs packaged pork.
Processing runs approximately $300-350 for a whole hog. This price is depends upon how you would like it cut and cured.
Half a hog will fill 3 12in X 12in X 12in boxes
